  Empowerment can be defined in many ways, however, when talking about women's empowerment, empowerment means accepting and including people who are on the outside of the decision-making process into it.  Christine Madeleine Odette Lagarde is a French politician, businessperson and lawyer serving as President of the European Central Bank since 1 November 2019. In her speech 3 Ls of Empowerment Christine Lagarde talks about the importance of women empowerment and the ways to achieve this goal. She begins the speech by stressing the role of women in the modern world. Women have great potential. But they are denied the opportunity to contribute their potential for the benefit of the entire human race. There are three ways in which we can open the doors of opportunity for women.   This was the moment that made me realise the people around you can make you feel the experiences great and unforgettable. Our group was fun, open to trying all the new actives offered by whoever. It was great being part of such a positive group of people. There is an undeclared bond that you create with the people you travel with and that makes you enjoy the travel way more.  Cheers to the girl gang and the memories!!      🦋       

  Happiness is all in your mind. We just need to stop outsourcing our happiness or unhappiness on people and circumstances. Actively cultivate source of peace and source of happiness coming from inside. It's not about what is happening but how we respond.  🦋
